What products do you offer?
I offer a range of handwritten or hand-engraved, personalised products for weddings, occasions and home. These can be found under "Products" or "Weddings" above. If you can't find what you're looking for, please get in touch as I would love to work with you to create a custom product/package. 

Can I customise your products?
Yes of course! Each product is completely unique to you.

What do you need in order to offer me a custom quote?
As a minimum, I'd need to know what product(s) you'd like, colour(s), size, type of material and wording details.
Orders will not be confirmed until paid for in full or a deposit and payment plan arranged.

What colours do you have?
Details of this are available within the product listings. Please read the descriptions carefully for options and typically, the last photo will also show colours available. However, if you can't find what you're looking for, please get in touch.

What services do you offer?
I offer perfume engraving, live engraving or calligraphy for events, as well as chalkboard and glass wording and some illustrations. Please see my services page for more information.

What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept card or bank transfer (particularly for payment plans). 

What's your turn-around time?
This is subject to availability and what you'd like to order. If in doubt, please contact me prior to ordering.
Times do not include postage which unfortunately, is out of my hand.

How will I receive my product? 
I use Royal Mail second class as standard, and Tracked 48 for perfume and lipstick engravings.
There is an option at checkout to upgrade postage to first class or Tracked 24 respectively.
For A2 acrylic signs, I use Evri's tracked service and for A1 acrylic signs, I use Parcelforce's tracked service.
Alternatively, please get in touch to arrange collection from my home in Carterton, Oxfordshire, UK.

Can you post internationally?
I can, but this would incur an additional cost. Please get in contact to discuss further.
Ribbons are available to order now on my Etsy page and can be posted internationally.
